2 (9-inch) round cake pansMeasuring cups and spoonsStand mixer fitted with whisk attachment or mixing bowl and electric beaterWhiskRubber spatulaMixing bowlWire rack Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the butter. Mix the wet ingredients. Add half the egg mixture at a time. Add the food coloring. Bake for 25 minutes ( or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean).Let cool.Make Frosting.Decorate!
